Great — there is a Success Circle for you!

When you join a Success Circle, you’ll gain clarity, set goals, design a plan that will allow you to do exactly what you want to do, be inspired by other dynamic women, and be accountable to achieve what is most important to you.

Over the course of six short months (one half-day meeting each month plus private coaching) and through a series of exercises, discussions, and practices, you will engage with other women, plan and create, give and receive feedback, and quite possibly change your life.

For centuries women gathered in circles to provide one another with support, encouragement, and mentoring. Today's women are busy juggling career and family, trying to seek out time for themselves wherever they can. Many have lost their intimate, supportive connections with other women. Smart Women Smart Solutions Circles were created to harness the collective potential of women and help them engage in finding higher levels of purpose, well-being and success in their personal and professional lives. In Success Circles women come together to share their wisdom and experience, engage their creativity, share insights and learn from one another in a confidential setting.

How Circles Work

When you are in Circle, you are in a sacred space. As such, everything discussed is confidential. Your ideas are honored as uniquely yours, as precious seeds that need support and encouragement to grow.

Through a series of exercises, discussions, and practices each woman in the circle participates not only in creating her own plan for the future, but also gives feedback and supports other women to do the same.

Circle gatherings are held at the Inn at Playa del Rey Bed and Breakfast. This tranquil setting is ideal for getting clear about your future and creating your personal plan.

Circles run for six consecutive months as follows:

Month 1: Getting acquainted and addressing each woman's objectives.
Month 2: What do I value? Where is my passion, my energy?
Month 3: Where am I going? What is my life purpose?
Month 4: Who is on this journey with me? What are my roles?
Month 5: Visualizing and creating a personalized plan of action.
Month 6: Solidifying the action plan and celebrating the future.
