Viva Las Vegas!

Friday, November 13th, 2009

Hey there Smart Women– how are you? I’m in Las Vegas 11-05-09Note[1]for a few days attending the Ali Brown Shine event. It’s being held at the luxurious Venetian/Palazzo Resort and Casino and I’m loving this place! The reason I invest in these learning events is to keep up to date on the best, most effective, simple to use business and marketing strategies for myself and Smart Women. Remember, what happens in Vegas……except for all of the secrets I learn for Smart Women!

Tuesday, I spent most of my day with some very Smart Women who are ready to take their lives and businesses to the next level. I love watching women embrace the idea of creating a life that includes what they really want and deserve.

hallB[1]Halloween was a lot of fun. Jenna collected 96 pieces of candy and Jack had a whopping 135! There were a lot of trades going on Sunday morning. Jack says, “I’ll trade you 2 Smarties, 1 Twix, 2 Jolly Ranchers and a 3 Musketeers for 1 bag of M&M’s.” Jenna’s response? “I’m not sure that’s a fair trade.”

There are only 56 days days left in 2009. Do you know where your ideal life is? Check out my new system, “Creating the Spark – 6 Steps to Igniting the Passion for a Life & Business That You Will Love”.

Dinner with Ali Brown, James Roche and other inspiring people!

Thursday, September 24th, 2009

Hey There Smart Women!  It’s been quite a busy week around here.  I crossedJoy Chudacoff and Ali Brown my own boundary lines this past weekend.  Have you ever done that?  You know that you have “overscheduled” yourself with too many commitments.  You realize when you wake up that there are more things to do and people to see than the number of hours in the day.  Yep, that was me.  We had friends in from out of town, great box seats to the Dodger game and the list goes on.  I was pretty tired on Monday morning.  But I went to bed early Monday night because…..

On Tuesday, I spent the morning doing something that I love.  I was in a room full of amazing smart women who attended my sample Success Circle atJoy Chudacoff and James Roche the Inn at Playa del Rey. We even had one woman who traveled from Phoenix, AZ!  I shared the “The 3 Key Ingredients that Smart Women Need to Create a Successful Business.”  As I sat there looking around the room, I was in awe of their brilliance.

The “Profits with Passion” Success Circles are back.  Beginning Tuesday, Oct. 6, I’ll be sharing all of my marketing strategies, time management solutions and helping women to create a personal plan of action to take their business to the next level of success.  Get details on how you can register here.

I’m spending the next 2 days in my Platinum Mastermind Retreat where I’ll be learning even more strategies on how I can realize all of my Big Ideas, Dreams and Goals.  You can be sure that I will be sharing everything I discover with you. See the photo’s of me with James Roche, Ali Brown and Sandy Pendleton.  We had a great time at dinner last night!

Birthday parties, Baseball Camp and Ali

Friday, July 24th, 2009

Hey Smart Women—how are you?  I’ve had a busy few weeks with lots of connection to family and friends.  We celebrated my father-in-law’s 82nd birthday this past weekend…  I played tennis with him, and I have to say, he’s in great shape.  His secret to staying healthy?  “Everything in moderation.”

The kids are having fun catching up with friends and going to a few camps.  07-23-09CampRaoulThis week they’re at UCLA Baseball camp.  You walk into the Jackie Robinson stadium and feel overwhelmed by the size and magic of it all.  The kids are really enjoying being in that space playing a sport they love.  Secretly, I wish I were there myself!

Last night, I had a “date night” with my 8-year-old son, Jack.  When we got in the car to leave the house, he looked at me and said, “Mom, I can tell this is going to be a great night!”  We went to a restaurant in Santa Monica that has wall-to-wall flat screen TV’s where you can watch just about any sport that holds your interest.  Of course, we watched the Dodgers play against the Cincinnati Reds.  Hamburger for Jack, salad for me.  As we left the restaurant, he even held my hand, which rarely happens anymore since he’s a “big boy” now.  This is what it’s all about…

I’ve got some exciting news to share with you:  A few weeks ago, I was selected from more than 100 people to become a Platinum Mastermind Leader for Ali International, LLC.  Ali International has qualified to be considered for the Inc. 500 list as one of  the fastest growing companies in 2009.  Ali Brown, www.AliBrown.com,  has created a multi-million dollar enterprise and has been one of my coaches over the last few years.  I’m honored  to be chosen as a Mastermind Leader for her company.
