Smart Women Smart Solutions

Hi, I’m Joy Chudacoff, founder of Smart Women Smart Solutions. I’ve been an entrepreneur for almost two decades. As a Motivational Speaker, Women’s Group Leader, Business Consultant, Professional Certified Coach, and Business and Life Coach for the National Association of Entrepreneurial Moms, I’ve helped scores of women design the lives they choose to live. Helping women realize their dreams and achieve better ways of living is my passion, my purpose, and my business.

As a wife and mother of two, I “get it” that there is more to life than one’s career. Like many women who are drawn to entrepreneurship, I inhabit a world that requires balancing business with home life. In the midst of this busyness I manage to find time to take care of myself (most days, anyway!). Having at least semi-mastered juggling all of the facets of my life, I now work with women one-to-one (coaching) and in groups (Success Circles) to help them define success on their own terms, identify outlets for their creativity, develop businesses, and manage careers that are anchored in their most important values.

I earned my business degree from Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia. Prior to launching SWSS I founded and ran Future Medical, a Los Angeles based equipment leasing company and Wellness Marketing Group, an international nutritional products marketing firm. I received my coaching certification from The Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara and trained as a circle facilitator at Peer Spirit on Whidbey Island, Washington. I’m a member of the International Coach Federation.

I live with my husband Greg and our two children, Jack and Jenna, in Pacific Palisades, California. In addition to Smart Women Smart Solutions and taking care of my busy family, I enjoy running, meditation, reading, volunteering at my children’s schools, and learning something new every day from other smart women.
